Located in the salt-water marches in Cocodrie, La, the environment can be problematic for the site. It is the fragile atmosphere in which the threat of another storm is always present. The form was derived from the concept of oil platforms that communicate with the site and allow one to experience the surroundings from different levels and perspectives.
